3 sentenced for conspiracy to distribute oxycodone – Greenville News

Three people were sentenced recently in federal court in Greenville on a charge of conspiracy to distribute oxycodone, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office and federal court records.

Lance C. Tew, 26, of Greer, was sentenced to 100 months in prison U.S. District Judge Henry M. Herlong Jr.

Police: Man Used Fake Prescriptions For Oxycodone Pills

YORK COUNTY, Pa. — A Baltimore man is accused of passing three counterfeit prescriptions for oxycodone pills at the South Hanover Walmart.

Scott Schwartz, 28, used high-quality counterfeit prescriptions with the name of a pain clinic and doctor in Baltimore, West Manheim Township police said. Officers said they arrested Schwartz earlier this month while he waited in line to pick up a (more…)
