Man admits to role in oxycodone operation – Huntington Herald Dispatch

HUNTINGTON — A 64-year-old man entered a guilty plea this week that links him to nearly 200 oxycodone pills and more than $7,000 cash.

Floyd Lewis Miller of Huntington pleaded guilty Monday to conspiracy to distribute oxycodone, a powerful prescription painkiller. Sentencing was set for July 16.

Brothers who were caught with 100 oxycodone pills and a collection of stolen property during a police raid have been sentenced to a year in jail.

Brandon William McNevan, 21, and Sheldon Joseph McNevan, 22, both of Sarnia, pled guilty to oxycodone possession for the purpose of trafficking, hashish possession,and possession of stolen property. They were sentenced Tuesday in Sarnia court.

A Kingsport pair have been arrested after an investigation of their burglary claim allegedly located not only the “stolen” items within their apartment, but also evidence of the illegal sale of narcotics.
