CHILLICOTHE — A Ross County grand jury indicted a man on a first-degree felony for allegedly having more than 1,100 doses of Oxycodone.

Philly man admits role in oxycodone pill conspiracy – Philadelphia Daily News

A Philadelphia man pleaded guilty Wednesday to federal charges stemming from a drug distribution conspiracy involving about 7,000 oxycodone pills.

Authorities said William Andrews, 52, obtained oxycodone pills from various sources, including a licensed physician.

The physician issued prescriptions authorizing Andrews to obtain oxycodone pills from licensed pharmacies.

Andrews then supplied oxycodone pills to alleged coconspirator Joseph Fareri, for the purpose of selling the (more…)

Man admits to role in oxycodone operation – Huntington Herald Dispatch

HUNTINGTON — A 64-year-old man entered a guilty plea this week that links him to nearly 200 oxycodone pills and more than $7,000 cash.

Floyd Lewis Miller of Huntington pleaded guilty Monday to conspiracy to distribute oxycodone, a powerful prescription painkiller. Sentencing was set for July 16.

Miller signed documents with prosecutors agreeing that he conspired with three others to distribute the drug (more…)
