Man Tries to Fraudulently Fill Prescription for Oxycodone: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — Police say a Bridgeport man is accused of trying to fill a fraudulent prescription for Oxycodone at Walgreens in Milford. On April 4 officers took custody of Alberto Morales, 32, of Spring Street in Bridgeport in regards to an active warrant for his arrest.

Fines and suspensions for Oxycodone positives in Pennsylvania for trainers Rene Allard, Kevin Lare and Brad Irvine have been rescinded by the Pennsylvania Horse Racing Commission (PHRC) due to “mitigating circumstances.”

Former Pharmacist Admits Stealing Cash, Oxycodone From UConn Infirmary – Hartford Courant

VERNON — A former supervisor in the pharmacy at UConn’s Student Health Services infirmary pleaded guilty Friday to first-degree larceny and illegal distribution of narcotics and faces up to two years in prison.

UConn police arrested Michael Olzinksi, 46, of Coventry in April 2016 following an investigation that was prompted by UConn’s auditors.
