Cathine Lavina Sellers of Roswell, Georgia, has been arraigned on federal charges of possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl, and two synthetic opioids, furanyl-fentanyl and U-47700. A search warrant affidavit in the case alleges that Sellers was selling counterfeit 30mg Roxicodone (oxycodone) pills out of her residence in Roswell.

A Bogalusa man was sentenced to 25 months in prison for his involvement in the illegal distribution of oxycodone pills that were dispersed through an unregistered pain management clinic. Wallace Stoger, 61, was sentenced Wednesday (Nov. 9) by U.S. District Judge Kurt Engelhardt, who was nominated by President George W. Bush.

Three North Shore residents pleaded guilty in federal court Wednesday (Aug. 3) to charges related to illegal distribution of oxycodone pills that were dispersed through an unregistered pain management clinic.
