Women sentenced in oxycodone conspiracies – Lakenewsonline.com

Federal judges on Monday handed down sentences to two people involved in separate ongoing conspiracies to steal and sell oxycodone. Both involved robbing pharmacies in Eastern Jackson County.

KC woman sentenced for pharmacy robberies, oxycodone conspiracy – Kansas City Star

A Kansas City woman convicted of a string of pharmacy robberies and passing fraudulent prescriptions was sentenced Monday to federal prison.

Danielle Bradbury, 27, was sentenced to five years and 10 months in prison without parole.

Bradbury pleaded guilty in May to conspiracy to distribute oxycodone and conspiracy to commit robbery.

An armed robbery was reported at the CVS Pharmacy, 4610 Cemetery Road, at 5:50 p.m. Nov. 26, according to the Hilliard Division of Police.

Two men displayed a knife and forcibly opened a safe, Officer Hyda Slone said. They took prescription medication, including doses of oxycodone, and ran out of the back door. No (more…)
