Another Arrest for Prescription Fraud in New Haven – Anthony Mendygral

A New Haven man is facing charges after he allegedly forged a doctor’s signature on a prescription for oxycodone, the second such arrest this week.

Hamden Police got a report of prescription fraud from Rite Aid Pharmacy at 2175 Dixwell Ave. on June 24, according to police spokesman Capt. Ronald Smith.

Documents detail pharmacy robberies – Kennebec Journal

AUGUSTA — Tips from informants, loose lips and closed circuit video surveillance images led authorities to arrest suspects in two recent city pharmacy robberies.

Two Charged in Fake Prescription Scheme –

Two men were arrested recently in Doylestown Borough in connection with a fake prescription for prescription narcotic painkillers.

Robert Boone, 33, 11th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested on Thursday, May 3 at about 7:15 p.m. after he allegedly attempted to fill a fraudulent prescription for oxycodone at the Rite Aid, Doylestown Borough police said Thursday.
