THE CLAIM: Cardinal Health Inc. said Tuesday it resolved a Drug Enforcement Administration claim that one of its distribution centers in Florida was shipping far more of the painkiller oxycodone to pharmacies than legitimate medical needs would dictate.

STEUBENVILLE, Ohio –
Steubenville Police have arrested 57 year old Benjamin Goffoli after they say he allegedly walked into Rite Aid in Steubenville and demanded the pharmacist turn over Oxycodone pills. He got away with 1,100 pills altogether.
