CLEVELAND, OH (AP) – A northeast Ohio man has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison after authorities searching his car and apartment seized more than 900 fentanyl pills made to look like tablets of a less-potent opiate.

Woman found with more than 800 oxycodone pills pleads guilty – KFYR-TV

MINOT, N.D. – A judge has ordered an Ohio woman to serve three years in prison after Minot Police Officers found her in April with more than 800 oxycodone tablets.

Fifty-two-year-old Della Davis pleaded guilty Sept. 14 to an A-felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Joseph Cremeans, 28, of Chesapeake, Ohio, was sentenced  in federal court in Huntington, West Virginia, to three years and one month in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute oxycodone and oxymorphone, announced United States Attorney Booth Goodwin.

Cremeans, who previously pleaded guilty to the federal conspiracy charge in August 2015, admitted to travelling to Georgia on four occasions with (more…)
