New Jersey man gets 10 years for role in oxycodone ring –

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) – A Paterson man has received a 10-year prison sentence for leading an oxycodone ring that authorities say illegally distributed more than 1,000 pills per week in northern New Jersey.

Aurelio Gutierrez had pleaded guilty in June to a charge of promoting organized street crime.

Former Rutherford man sentenced for role in oxycodone distribution ring –


A Belleville man who played a minor role in a family-run drug ring that distributed the painkiller oxycodone was sentenced on Monday to 2½ years in prison by a judge who said he helped to fuel the heroin epidemic in New Jersey.

Marshall County man sentenced for oxycodone trafficking – WTRF


A New Jersey man will spend 46 months in prison for trafficking oxycodone in Marshall and Wetzel Counties.

Dennis Ferretti, 37, originally of Gibbstown, New Jersey, conspired with other individuals to possess and distribute oxycodone in Wetzel and Marshall Counties. Ferretti pled guilty in June 2015 to one count of “Drug Conspiracy – Oxycodone.”
