A 33-year-old Mount Pleasant woman is facing the next 30 years in prison because officers with the Racine County Metro Drug Unit say she was selling oxycodone from her home.

GREENSBURG (KDKA) — Two women, accused of forging and filling prescriptions for hundreds of thousands of dollars of Oxycodone, faced the judge at a preliminary hearing in Greensburg Thursday.
The suspects are identified as 25-year-old Ashley Hixon of Scottdale and 46-year-old Tammy Thomas of Mount Pleasant.

A former doctor’s office employee is facing charges she forged more than 100 prescriptions for $240,000 worth of oxycodone pills.
Tammy Thomas, 46 of Mount Pleasant, is charged with criminal conspiracy, forgery, possession with the intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and procurement by fraud. Police said Thomas forged 104 prescriptions for a total of 8,000 30mg oxycodone pills worth (more…)
