Heywood GP pleads guilty to prescription breaches – Warrnambool Standard

A HEYWOOD doctor who ignored prescription requirements more than 500 times has been fined $25,000 and ordered to pay $20,000 costs.

Dr Frank Charles Fox, 60, pleaded guilty in the Portland Magistrates Court to 59 charges concerning 19 patients.

He prescribed excessive amounts of oxycodone and morphine, some to patients without a permit and over excessive time frames.

Three nabbed for prescription drugs – Suwannee Democrat

Live Oak — A continued effort by the Suwannee County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force has led to the May 15 arrests of three more Suwannee County residents, according to records from the SCSO.
