HILLSDALE — A Pittsford Township man arrested on numerous drug and weapons charges appeared in Hillsdale County Circuit Court Monday morning for sentencing.

Richard Alan Barron, 59, was arrested Feb. 28 during an unannounced visit at his Pittsford Township home conducted by the Michigan Department of Corrections parole office in conjunction with the Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Office.

Barron pleads guilty to possession of oxycodone – The Hillsdale Daily News

HILLSDALE — A Pittsford Township man pleaded guilty to possession of oxycodone, a four-year felony, Monday morning in Hillsdale County Circuit Court in a plea bargain arranged with the Hillsdale County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Missing oxycodone pills: Ohio lawyer says juror might have stolen opioid evidence at trial…

COLUMBUS >> An Ohio defense attorney says at least one juror may have stolen oxycodone pills during a drug trial.

The Columbus Dispatch reports attorney John David Moore Jr. says jurors found his client guilty and then rushed out of the courthouse before anyone noticed the 71 opioid pills were missing.
