2 charged in separate Oxycodone incidents in North Haven – New Haven Register

NORTH HAVEN >> Two people were charged with illegally obtaining tablets of Oxycodone in separate incidents.

On Friday, 49-year-old Wakil Rashid, of New Haven, was taken into custody without incident at the CVS Pharmacy on Washington Avenue in North Haven after he allegedly tried to obtain Oxycodone illegally, according to a release posted on the North Haven Police Facebook page.

Hamden PD: Suspect Had Oxycodone Pills in Parking Lot

The Hamden Police Department Street Interdiction Team ended a drug investigation with the arrest of a suspect who reportedly had Oxycodone pills.

According to a press release, David Jackson, 58, of 807 B Dixwell Ave., New Haven, was arrested in the parking lot of a Hamden restaurant on March 26. A search of his motor vehicle led to the seizure of eight Oxycodone pills. Officers also (more…)

Branford Police Help Bust Oxycodone Ring

A Hamden man was sentenced today after several police departments, including Branford, helped bust an oxycodone ring.
