MADISON, Wis. – A Madison man was charged in federal court on accusations that he distributed oxycodone and heroin.

William D. Flowers, 26, is charged with two counts of distributing oxycodone, four counts of distributing heroin and with being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Encino pharmacy robbed of oxycodone near kid’s clinic –

A gunman robbed oxycodone from an Encino pharmacy near a children’s outpatient clinic in Encino prompting some people to lock themselves in a back room while the crime occurred.

No one was injured during the robbery, which occurred about 6:25 p.m. Thursday in the 5300 block of Balboa Boulevard, near Magnolia Boulevard, according to Officer Drake Madison of the Los Angeles Police (more…)

Eden Retirement Center blamed for oxycodone overdose – Madison County Record

Ruth Conway filed a lawsuit Feb. 13 in Madison County Circuit Court against Eden Retirement Center, doing business as Eden Village Care Center.

In her complaint, Ruth Conway alleges Marvin A. Conway was living at Eden Village in Glen Carbon when he died of respiratory arrest due to an oxycodone overdose on May 21, 2012. Because of Marvin Conway’s death, his estate (more…)
