A 92-year old Las Vegas medical doctor and his physician assistant were recently convicted on large scale distribution of oxycodone for illegal purposes.

Dr. Henri Wetselaar, 93, and David A. Litwin, 58, were found guilty of conspiracy to distribute and distribution of oxycodone and other controlled substances.

According to the indictment, Wetselaar was a Nevada physician practicing as a specialist in pain management. Litwin was alleged to be his medical assistant.

Columbus Oxycodone ring leader sentenced – Circleville Herald

COLUMBUS – Sukita M Williams, 44, of Las Vegas and Hilliard, Ohio, was sentenced in U.S. District Court to 72 months in prison for her role in an Oxycodone ring between Las Vegas and Columbus.

Williams is one of six defendants to be sentenced in this case on charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute Oxycodone and/or conspiracy to commit (more…)
