BOUND BROOK — A Florida man has been charged with selling oxycodone pills from his car outside a convenience store, authorities said.

Rosendo Rafael Delgado, 30, of Key Largo, Fla. was charged with third-degree possession and third-degree distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, specifically, oxycodone pills, according to a statement from Somerset County Prosecutor Geoffrey D.
