2 Men Sentenced for Trafficking Heroin and Oxycodone – WBOY-TV

U.S. Attorney William Ihlenfeld announced Monday two men were sentenced for heroin and oxycodone trafficking.

Marvin Ledbetter, Jr., of Detroit, Mich., was sentenced to 10 years in prison after he plead guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute oxycodone and aiding and abetting. Buffalo woman given federal prison term for oxycodone sales – Buffalo News

Michelle S. Kidd, 39, was ordered Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara to serve a one year and one-day term in federal prison for her conviction on oxycodone distribution.

U.S. Attorney William Hochul, Jr., said Kidd was convicted of selling about $6,000 worth of oxycodone at her Buffalo home on Walden Avenue between last August and her arrest in January. (more…)
