A registered nurse accused of stealing medication from Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville for 2 years has had her license restricted.

A March 2017 audit showed Tanya Chapman of St. Augustine had suspiciously high numbers of controlled substance transactions at the hospital, according to Florida Department of Health records.

Serial robber taking Oxycodone from local pharmacies – KTRK-TV

HOUSTON (KTRK) —

Investigators are looking for a man who has robbed five pharmacies in just two and a half weeks. They say he’s not after money, but wants the addictive painkiller hydrocodone.

Surveillance video from a CVS on Fry Road in Katy shows him walking up to the pharmacy counter on March 6.
