Eight people have been arrest in Hancock County following a two-year investigation into an illegal drug ring that Maine Drug Enforcement agent consider a “significant source” of illegal prescription narcotics in the area.
Two Michigan women are facing charges after allegedly being caught with 989 Oxycodone pills during a traffic stop.
The Ohio Highway Patrol stopped their vehicle in Hancock County on April 5.
After seeing marijuana in the car, troopers searched the vehicle and found a box containing the pills.
Mahogany Dean, 37, and Tiffany Lindsey, 47, were arrested and now face various drug possession charges.
