Female Fugitive Accused in Prescription Drug Ring Captured

The Staten Island woman accused of stealing Oxycodone pills along with two other men from dozens of pharmacies throughout New York and New Jersey was picked up by NYPD and extradicted to Bergen County, Glen Rock police said Wednesday.

Pharmacist’s Due Diligence Leads to Prescription Drug Fraud Arrest, Police Say –

Glen Rock’s Rock Ridge Pharmacy on Friday thwarted another prescription drug fraud attempt, police said Monday morning.

According to Cpt. Jonathan Miller of the Glen Rock Police Department, 27-year-old New York man Travis Best is facing charges that he attempted to obtain Oxycodone with a faulty prescription.
