A Framingham man has been indicted on a charge of trafficking in prescription painkillers, authorities said.
A Middlesex County grand jury has recently indicted Maxwell Neustadt, 25, of 391 Grant St. He has been charged him with trafficking in oxycodone and distribution of marijuana.
A Middlesex Superior Court arraignment date has not been set.
The charge stem from Neustadt’s arrest in January in Framingham.

A Framingham man told police Tuesday that he was just “trying to make a living” by selling heroin and oxycodone.
Terril Coley, 47, had several envelopes of heroin in his possession when he was arrested Tuesday at 12:12 p.m., prosecutor Marbree Sullivan said yesterday. Police also found 230 envelopes of heroin in his house.
