Two busted in Framingham on oxycodone trafficking charges – MetroWest Daily News

Two men are facing oxycodone trafficking charges after they conducted a drug deal in a parking lot next to a middle school on Wednesday, a prosecutor said in Framingham District Court on Thursday.

Tuesday, Nov. 6: 

5:30 p.m. Police arrested at 5 Genardy Way David Akasha, 24 of 72 Harrington Rd of Framingham, trafficking in oxycodone, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of suboxone, possession of drugs within a school zone and failing to stop for police.

Framingham man faces drug trafficking charge – MetroWest Daily News

A Framingham man already facing charges in two towns of selling oxycodone was arrested with thousands of dollars worth of the prescription painkiller on Tuesday, authorities said.

David Akasha, 24, was arrested Tuesday at 5:30 p.m., just hours after he had appeared in Framingham District Court for a hearing on his previous oxycodone distribution charge, prosecutor Nate Burris said.
