Boynton Beach couple charged with trafficking – Sun-Sentinel

Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office deputies say Kayla and Ricky Ramsey combined their efforts and duped at least two Boynton Beach pharmacies out more than 100 Oxycodone pills.

Married in 2010, the couple now stands charged with trafficking Oxycodone, according to a Sheriff’s Office report.

Man sentenced to 20 years for dealing oxycodone – Bay News 9

A federal judge sentenced a Tampa man to 20 years in prison Friday for dealing Oxycodone.

U.S. District Judge Susan Bucklew said 42-year-old Samuel Posa must also spend ten years under supervised release.

A federal jury found Posa guilty in September of one count of conspiracy to distribute and two counts of distribution of Oxycodone.

Alleged pill mill doc faces more charges, including death –

A 73-year-old Upper Moreland doctor has been charged with distributing drugs that resulted in the death of a Florida native earlier this year.

Dr. Norman Werther, 73, is facing between 20 years and life in prison if convicted of all the charges against him.

In August 2011, Werther and more than 50 other people were charged with participating in an illegal prescription drug (more…)
