Man sentenced to 20 years for dealing oxycodone – Bay News 9

A federal judge sentenced a Tampa man to 20 years in prison Friday for dealing Oxycodone.

U.S. District Judge Susan Bucklew said 42-year-old Samuel Posa must also spend ten years under supervised release.

A federal jury found Posa guilty in September of one count of conspiracy to distribute and two counts of distribution of Oxycodone.

Alleged pill mill doc faces more charges, including death –

A 73-year-old Upper Moreland doctor has been charged with distributing drugs that resulted in the death of a Florida native earlier this year.

Dr. Norman Werther, 73, is facing between 20 years and life in prison if convicted of all the charges against him.
