Fayette County Man Sentenced in Federal Oxycodone Case – WSAZ-TV

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) — A Fayette County man is headed to prison after admitting to selling cocaine.

John Wayne Taylor, Jr., 37, of Scarbro, was sentenced in federal court in Charleston Wednesday to two years and nine months for distributing cocaine.

Taylor admitted that in May 2013, he sold .41 grams of cocaine to a person who was cooperating with police. The drug (more…)

Fayette couple gets prison time for selling oxycodone – WVVA TV

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin announced today that a Fayette County couple was sentenced to federal prison for selling oxycodone. Gary Stover, 34, of Kincaid, Fayette County, W.Va., was sentenced to three years and one month in federal prison. Stover previously pleaded guilty in November 2012 to distribution of oxycodone.
