COLLINSVILLE — A Collinsville man was sentenced to one year and one day in federal prison for distribution of methadone and oxycodone.

Gerald Tanner, 56, of Collinsville, was sentenced Wednesday to a year and a day in federal prison for conspiring to distribute oxycodone and methadone, Donald S. Boyce, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, announced.

Women sentenced in oxycodone conspiracies –

Federal judges on Monday handed down sentences to two people involved in separate ongoing conspiracies to steal and sell oxycodone. Both involved robbing pharmacies in Eastern Jackson County.

One was what the U.S. attorney’s office for the Western District of Missouri described as a $1.2 million conspiracy to distribute oxycodone. Michelle C. Newton, 46, of Kansas City was sentenced (more…)

Oxycodone dealer pleads guilty in federal court – Albany Times Union

ALBANY — A Rensselaer man who was part of a ring selling thousands of tablets of oxycodone pleaded guilty Tuesday in U.S. District Court to distributing the painkiller drug.

Justin Brooks, 27, belonged to an operation headed by co-defendant Angel Nunez, whose source of supply for the drugs was in the New York City and Newark, N.J., areas, according to federal prosecutors (more…)
