Dover man charged in Washington Township prescription fraud –

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP — A 22-year-old Dover man was arrested late last week for allegedly providing pharmacists with a fraudulent prescription for oxycodone.

Police were called to the Rite Aid in the Washington Town Center Friday afternoon where 22-year-old Omar Nieves had attempted to fill a fraudulent prescription for the pain medication.

Officer accused in drug theft makes court appearance – Jacksonville Daily News

New Bern police Officer Frances Sutton appeared in Craven County District Court Thursday morning in connection with the theft of the prescription painkiller Oxycodone from the department’s evidence room.

Represented by attorney Marcus Chesnutt, Sutton was silent as the charges were read before Judge Cheryl Spencer.

Prosecutor: Dover oxycodone suspects should forfeit $12G –

The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office has filed a forfeiture lawsuit to take $12,416 and six electronic devices seized upon the arrest of two alleged oxycodone dealers in Dover.

The lawsuit, made public Thursday in state Superior Court, Morristown, asks a judge to extinguish any ownership claims by suspects Gildardo Duarte-Nova, 31, and Maria B. Guerra, 34, to the money and devices.
