Physician’s asst and husband sentenced for diverting oxycodone –

HARRISBURG, Pa — The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced today that the former assistant to a York physician and her husband were sentenced in U.S. District Court in Harrisburg for conspiring to obtain and distribute up to 20,000 units of oxycodone through fraud and forgery.

Ex-pharmacy tech in Ballston Spa admits stealing Oxycodone – The Daily Gazette

A former Ballston Spa pharmacy technician admitted this week to taking a large amount of Oxycodone pills last year from the pharmacy where she worked, records show.

Kelly Burgess, 26, of Charlton, pleaded guilty Tuesday in U.S. District Court to possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
