A Brooklyn, N.Y., man was sentenced today to 48 months in prison for his involvement in a plot to burglarize Union Hill-Supremo Pharmacy in Marlboro, and distribute stolen narcotics, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced.

A Kansas City, Kan., man has been sentenced to more than 15 years in federal prison for selling heroin that caused users to die from overdoses, U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said today.
Tyrone Ramsey, 36, Kansas City, Kan., was sentenced to 188 months in federal prison. He pleaded guilty to distribution and possession with intent to distribute. In his (more…)
East Tennessee authorities say 27 people from four different states have been convicted and sentenced in a drug conspiracy.
According to the Department of Justice, two people from Detroit and another person from Miami, Florida, were sentenced last month in Greeneville.
Authorities say they brought Oxycodone pills into East Tennessee, and delivered them to residents here.
