BECKLEY, W.Va. — Federal prosecutors say a former Beckley-area physician’s office employee faces up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to illegally obtaining the prescription painkiller oxycodone.

Tina Marie Richmond, 41, entered her plea in federal court in Beckley on Tuesday.

Sixteen charged in southern state oxycodone case – Charleston Gazette

BLUEFIELD, W.Va. — A federal grand jury has indicted more than a dozen people on charges of conspiring to distribute oxycodone in Mercer and Wyoming counties.

Media outlets report that 16 people are charged in a 51-count indictment unsealed Wednesday. Several defendants also are charged with distributing oxycodone.
