NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A Rocky Hill man has been sentenced to prison for trafficking oxycodone.

Nicholas Dyber, 30, was sentenced to three years behind bars on Thursday. He was also ordered to pay a $40,000 fine.

An investigation found that Dyber was buying bulk quantities of oxycodone from Bronx, N.Y. and Modesto, Calif. He then distributed the pills to dealers in (more…)

Man Sentenced For Oxycodone Trafficking – Hartford Courant

NEW HAVEN — A former West Hartford man accused of trafficking oxycodone from New York was sentenced Thursday to three years in federal prison, officials said.

Nicholas Dyber, 30, pleaded guilty in 2014 to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 10,000 oxycodone pills. Chief U.S. District Judge Janet C. Hall also ordered Dyber serve five years of supervised release and pay (more…)
