Presque Isle man to serve 7½ years for ordering oxycodone from Mexico – Bangor Daily News

BANGOR, Maine — An Aroostook County man was sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court to 7½ years in federal prison for ordering 3,800 oxycodone pills from pharmacies in Mexico over the Internet, having them shipped to him and selling them to others.

4 more arrested in cocaine, oxycodone conspiracy out of Waterville – Bangor Daily News

BANGOR, Maine — Four more people, three of them from New York, have been arrested on federal drug charges in connection with an alleged cocaine and oxycodone distribution ring in the Waterville area in which 16 people have been indicted.

James “Reggie” Proudfoot, 32, Tyrone Pereira, 46, and Robin Brown, 54, all of New York City, were arrested Wednesday in that city. (more…)

10 Arrested in Central Maine Drug Ring in Federal Court – WABI

Bangor – Ten people in Central Maine accused of running a cocaine and oxycodone drug ring are appearing in federal court in Bangor Tuesday.

The U.S. Attorney’s office says they were all arrested after being indicted last week by a federal grand jury in Bangor.

They are:

Maurice McCray – age 31 – Waterville

Tara Pelletier – age 31 – Waterville
