BECKLEY, W.Va. – A Greenbrier County man pleaded guilty  to a federal crime involving the distribution of oxycodone, announced Acting United States Attorney Carol Casto. Ronald Ray McMillion, 63, of Renick, entered his guilty plea to interstate travel to facilitate an unlawful activity.

Glen Burnie woman sentenced for fraudulent oxycodone prescriptions –

A 51-year-old women from Glen Burnie was sentenced to a year and a day in prison for writing more than 350 fraudulent prescriptions for oxycodone, U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein announced Tuesday.

In addition to her prison time, U.S. District Judge J. Frederick Motz gave Robin McClosky Andrews three years of supervised probation for conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute (more…)

BALTIMORE — A Florida man has pleaded guilty to plotting to distribute oxycodone and other drugs at a pain management clinic in Maryland.

Eighty-one-year-old Gerald Wiseberg of Boca Raton entered the plea Thursday in federal court in Baltimore.
