2 admit roles in NJ oxycodone trafficking scheme – NJ.com

NEWARK — Two North Jersey residents admitted their roles in a drug trafficking scheme that involved obtaining prescriptions for oxycodone and selling the narcotics for profit, prosecutors said Tuesday.

Rhonda Musallam, 41, of Fairview, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Newark federal court to an oxycodone distribution charge, Acting U.S. Attorney William E. Fitzpatrick announced in a statement.

Doctor pleads guilty in Oxycodone, money laundering case – Holmes County Times Advertiser

NEW ORLEANS (AP) ” A New Orleans physician has pleaded guilty to money laundering and illegally dispensing drugs.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in New Orleans says in a Thursday news release that 58-year-old Frederick Floyd had been arrested in July. Prosecutors said he illegally dispensed ” and worked with others to dispense ” Oxycodone and other drugs.

Pharmacy owner convicted of running oxycodone ‘pill mill’ – NJ.com

CAMDEN — A 45-year-old Burlington County pharmacist was convicted of dispensing oxycodone to people he knew were giving him phony prescriptions in exchange for cash and gifts. 

Michael Ludwikowski, the owner of Olde Medford Pharmacy and Medford Family Pharmacy, was convicted of six counts illegally distributing and dispensing oxycodone and maintaining drug-involved premises.
