Grand jury indicts ‘major oxycodone ring’ from Lynn – My Fox Boston

Four men were indicted on charges related to running a large oxycodone ring in Lynn.

Javier Bello, Emmanuel Deleon and Xavier Rios were arrested in Lynn on Oct. 26 and Hipolito Gratini was arrested Nov. 6 in Peabody.

More charges have been filed against a Midstate doctor who authorities say prescribed more than 100,000 oxycodone pills to people not in his care in exchange for cash.
