New York State Police arrested two West Chazy residents Thursday for selling oxycodone in Clinton County.

Police say the arrests stem from a long-term investigation into the sale and use of narcotics in the Clinton County area by the New York State Police Troop B Narcotics Enforcement Unit.

Michael P. Strack, 52, and Deborah J. Strack, 58, were both charged with three counts each of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, a class A-II Felony, three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, a class B Felony and Conspiracy 2nd Degree, a class B Felony.

They were arraigned in the Clinton County Court and subsequently both were remanded to the Clinton County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, or $10,000 bond each.

The Stracks are set to reappear in Clinton County Court on October 31.

  1. Well, they should be proud of themselves. I know these to people. Both on welfare. And they will blame it all on the undercover that wore the wire on them. They complain about being inn bad health, but do they care about someone that might over dose on their profit pill selling?
