RCMP seize guns, 30 lbs. of pot, 250 Oxycodone tablets in raids – CBC.ca

Thirty pounds of marijuana, 250 Oxycodone tablets, a small amount of cocaine and two guns were among the items seized by RCMP in a synchronized series of raids Friday morning.

RCMP descended on two properties in Winnipeg, one in East St. Paul, one in the RM of St. Clements and one in Sioux Lookout, Ont. at about 8 a.m.

A stolen skid-steer loader was also recovered.

Three men were arrested, charged and detained for their alleged involvement.

A 44-year-old St. Clements man has been charged with drug trafficking and conspiracy to traffic cocaine and marijuana.

Two Winnipeg men, aged 45 years old and 42 years old, have been charged with trafficking and conspiracy to traffic cocaine and Oxycodone.

Investigators are asking anyone with information about illegal drug trafficking to call police or contact Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477. Manitobans can also send tips online at manitobacrimestoppers.com or by texting “TIPMAN” and a message to CRIMES (274637).
