A Bainbridge woman is accused of trying to pass a fake prescription for Oxycodone. It happened Wednesday evening at the Walmart Pharmacy in East Lampeter Township. Police say Jessica Miller, 31, had the fraudulent prescription and that she has used fake prescriptions nine other times.
Miller was taken into custody and charged with ten counts of felony Prescription Drug Fraud. She was arraigned before MDJ Robert Herman and was released on $3,000 unsecured bail.
