Glen Spey drug raid nets crack, heroin, oxycodone – Times Herald-Record

GLEN SPEY — Three people have been jailed on felony drug charges following a raid Wednesday at a Glen Spey home.

Jamal Colon, 35 and Vesna Colon, 43, of Glen Spey were charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree conspiracy, felonies; and misdemeanor drug possession. Michelle McNeal, 50, of Monticello was charged the same drug and conspiracy felonies as the Colons.

Jamal Colon was also charged with tampering with physical evidence, a felony.

The raid at the home on Forestburgh Road was conducted by New York State Police, the state police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and Special Operations Response Team, Troop F Major Crimes and the FBI. Police seized roughly two ounces of crack cocaine, 150 decks of heroin and roughly 50 grams of oxycodone, a prescription opioid painkiller.

The Colons and McNeal were arraigned by Sullivan County Court Judge Michael McGuire and sent to Sullivan County Jail without bail pending court action.

Five other people were charged with misdemeanor drug possession and released to appear in Highland Town Court. They are Deborah Fisher-Sedlack, 43, of Thompsonville; Dawn Delorenzo, 52, of Mongaup Valley; Brianna Sledge, 19, of Glen Spey; Roxanne Kurtz, 43, of Barryville; and Anthony Delorenzo, 26, of Monticello
