Stark County man indicted on Oxycodone charges – Canton Repository

A 47-year-old Canton area man has been indicted on three counts related to the distribution of Oxycodone.

Christos Karasarides, 47, was charged with possession with the intent to distribute roughly 40 grams (141 pills) of Oxycodone, possession of the narcotic, and using and maintaining a residence in Stark County for the purposes of distributing and using Oxycodone.

The investigation leading to the indictment was conducted by the U.S. Secret Service, according to a news release issued by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio.

In August 2011, when a federal search warrant was served in the case, Karasarides’ address was listed as 2231 Dunkeith Drive NW in Hills and Dales.
